Al Saray, An Exotic Haven of Lebanese Culinary Arts

To truly appreciate Lebanese cuisine, one must be literate about the rich customs and culinary traditions of Lebanese hospitality and least to say, the celebrated acclaim the cuisine commands in the international world of gastronomy.

Profoundly, Lebanese cuisine bears, through my experiences, a coveted standard of gastronomic merits with its lengthy seating rationale when it comes to the duration of time enjoyed at the restaurant… and then of course, the servings of enticingly marinated and cooked gourmand dishes, served with a heartfelt welcome and a bit of generous flamboyance. Always with family, friends, colleagues, creating unforgettable shared moments that last. Al Saray in that sense pulsates the boxes, with Farran brothers’ award-winning service mentality.

In reference to its palatable quality, Al Saray is at a level of its own, and there’s no enigmatic secret in it, the key being in the adaptive restaurant management, attention to detail, Chef Mehdi’s culinary aptitude and by the looks of it, the gilded approach of doing it with passion, and the important obsession to gratify the guest.

Al Saray additionally offers a thinking of food romanticism, exciting re-interpretations of traditional Lebanese dishes, less concerning to critics, naturally due to the lavish servings. Heartfelt and typically with the accustomed conversational tip.

Al Saray’s cuisine will have its avid fans and for anyone in the devotee crowd stepping into the Lebanese restaurant, presumably carries a bag of expectations, and as customary, comes with a whole list of imaginary moments of a wonderful dining experience. At this newly decorated Lebanese restaurant, our experience was least to say, exceptional!

The culinary offering, the unconventional yet contemplative organic décor and the trained service team, are indeed a big plus for any restaurant standards in Bangkok. The notable professional service provided by the kitchen team is equaled by the hospitable service demonstrated by the front of the house, a cohesion that lays a very good starting point for Al Saray’s new promising success. Quality is notable.

The décor is distinctly wooded and refreshing with a backdrop of red Ayutthaya stone creating a traditional consistency of ambiance and Lebanese sociability, cleverly designed both for warm daytime meals as well as elegantly lit entertaining evenings in the heart of Bangkok, a round table full of culinary cordiality, conversations, friendships, flavors, and memories.

Finally, now so gratified with our visit, we would leave it to our reader and our gastro-followers to visit Al Saray Sathorn to experience the opulent Lebanese gastronomic flavors and service that awaits the curious food enthusiast, absorbed with thought of uncovering a cuisine and palate which is celebrated, matured, and yet, always satisfying. Be surprised!
