IGNIV Bangkok Inspired by Lightness & Nature

IGNIV Bangkok

Curated with the visionary spirit of @andreas_caminada_schauenstein, ‘It should grow, it should cause a furor, and it should spark conversations…” my my recent visit to IGNIV Bangkok felt like stepping into exactly that culinary ethos.

I had the pleasure of being among the first to experience their brand new 18-dish Summer Menu, launching June 2 and running through August 31, 2025. Each dish reflects the lightness and joy of the European summer, warm breezes, vibrant colors, and a sense of playful creativity that’s unmistakably IGNIV.

The ingredients are sourced from Europe, Asia, and, notably, Thailand and the result is a menu that feels both internationally refined and locally rooted. Whether you’re enjoying it during a cozy dinner or discovering highlights through their lunch break experience, this menu sings of freshness and thoughtful curation.

What made it memorable was seeing the collaboration between IGNIV and MICHELIN starred friends from GOAT, MIA, and Nawa, each presenting dishes in IGNIV’s unmistakable sharing style. The non-alcoholic pairings were equally vibrant and fragrant, matching to the menu’s summery notes.

During my visit, I learned that IGNIV Bangkok has just been awarded the Silver Star at the Star Wine List of the Year Asia 2025, a well-deserved recognition that adds even more sparkle to this season’s launch.

If you love seasonal cuisine and the creativity that tails with it and that’s as thoughtful as it is flavorful, I genuinely recommend making a reservation.

Let’s just say — this summer, I’ll be back.
