I love having the Oysters at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. More often, I have now discovered that I am liking the late afternoon sessions, especially during the relaxed and quiet hours.
Appreciate the fact that the served Oysters are always neatly presented and well-conditioned on ice beddings and platters. I have to be true; I usually prepare my own serving plate, do the mise-en-place for my Oysters on my dinner table for the long serving.
From the perspective of scents and aromas, I particularly love the combinations of plenty of lemon with my Oysters. Occasionally, very strangely, I drop a dash of Vodka and seldom a drop of Thai chili on top, to tickle the palate after gulping them enjoyably.
I love the explosion of flavors when Oysters are eaten with enjoyment. Certainly, the natural marinade makes it a more gratifying enticement.
It is not a secret that Oysters are enjoyed throughout, if you are with the pleasant company of valued friends.
For pairing, I opt for a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, which has perfect coupling traits and is very pleasant with Oysters. I like the light, fresh, and slight sharpness of Sauvignon Blanc, an appetizing partner to Oysters.
