BIG Central Embassy Decoration 2020

The luxurious and high-end shopping mall Central Embassy in Bangkok has created the #TheBIGHoliday artistic and inventive Christmas installation in collaboration with urbanist Danish architects and interior design company Bjarke Ingels Group and BIG Thailand partner Wei Heng Yang.

Celebrating the heightened moods of the festive shopping season of 2020 for Central Embassy’s loyal and visiting guests, the installations spread throughout 7 floors, linked by the World’s Longest Christmas Ribbon, in the form of 10 archetypes inviting all to play and experience architectural form at the scale of urban furniture: Boolean, Twist, Mound, Rotate, Nest, Elevate, Loop, Peel, Spiral & Stack, and revel the festive atmosphere of The Big Holiday, throughout the gleeful period stretching until the 5th of January 2020.

The eye-catching and playful art installation instills curiosity and interest for visitors to follow the ribbon to its final destination of gifts & feasts. With this ingenious display, Central Embassy transforms into a festive architectural park filled with spectacular lighting and decorations, enthralling everyone to relish the Christmas ambiance.
